(hereinafter "Provider" or "We") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer" or "You") regarding the purchase and use of the digital product "Apollon Fold Guide" (hereinafter "Digital Product"). By purchasing and downloading the Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
